A disappointing day Saturday saw our boys lose 28-8 against our near neighbours Bargoed. Fingers crossed for an improved performance this Saturday when we travel to Llantrisant.
Other results for the day saw Blackwood beat Llantrisant 26-18, Beddau got back to winning ways beating Fleur De Lys (15-36) and Caerphilly won away at Rumney (12-28).
Pontypool still remain top after a convincing win at Newport Saracens (12-57) while UWIC and Llanharan shared the points with a 22-22 draw.
Newbridge are currently in 7th position on 11 points.
The club are pleased to announce that we’re to entertain Garndiffaith in a friendly match on Tuesday night, kick-off at 7.15pm.
